Exercise your rights over your personal data
Last updated: 6 October 2026
If Veta IQ processes data about you, you can ask us for access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability or temporary blocking. It is free of charge.
What you can ask for
- Access
- Find out which data about you we hold, where it comes from and what we use it for.
- Rectification
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data (for example, a role you no longer hold).
- Deletion
- Have your data erased when it should no longer be processed.
- Objection
- Object to our processing of your data on the basis of legitimate interest.
- Portability
- Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Temporary blocking
- Temporarily suspend processing while we resolve another request.
How we answer
- Our internal deadline to answer is 15 calendar days. The legal limit is 30.
- We send you an acknowledgement with a reference number.
- We may ask you to prove your identity before we disclose or change any data. We will never ask for passwords.
- If we uphold a deletion or objection, you are added to a suppression list that stops any later data load from bringing you back.
This form is the channel we answer today: it records your request with a date and a reference number.
